# Josh Griffith

Josh believes strong communities are built one relationship at a time. In Charlottesville, he serves in various areas for the Ronald McDonald House, helping support families through some of the hardest moments of their lives. Born in Ohio and raised a Buckeye and preacher's kid, Josh grew up in the church, and his faith still shapes how he serves, leads, and shows up for others.

Josh has called Virginia home for 30 years. That time has given him deep roots in the Charlottesville community and a wide circle of friends, mentors, and coaches. He is the proud father of two, an adult daughter and a son in high school, and he attends church regularly with his family.

Professionally, Josh is a commercial insurance agent with LD&B Insurance and Financial Services, with 14 years of experience helping Business owners, families and non-profit organizations protect what matters most. He holds active Virginia Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses as well.

Josh is also a content creator and influencer on several social media platforms. As @theejoshgriffith, he has built an audience of more than 650,000 followers across Meta platforms and TikTok. His relatable, humorous, and thought-provoking content includes honest conversations about mental health, parenting relationships and so much more. He is a Live Creator on TikTok and also the founder and CEO of THEE Collective, a TikTok live creator network, and is co-building Convene Communities, an all in one platform designed to bring people together and tell their story.

Away from work, Josh is an avid sports fan who loves the energy of live games, especially college sports. Some of his favorite moments are on the sidelines watching his son play soccer for his High School team and Club Team. A lifelong Ohio State Buckeyes fan, he has also adopted the UVA Cavaliers as his hometown team.
