PROGRAMS
At Breaking The Chains Foundation, our programs are designed to meet people where they are — with compassion, creativity, education, and hope.
We support cancer survivors, caregivers, young people, and individuals navigating body image concerns, disordered eating, mental health challenges, grief, anxiety, isolation, and the pressure to become someone other than who they truly are. Through workshops, performances, online programs, live events, creative experiences, and community-centered resources, BTCF creates spaces where honest conversations can begin and healing can take root.
Our work is rooted in prevention, intervention, education, and empowerment. Whether we are helping someone build self-worth, supporting a caregiver who feels unseen, offering tools for mental wellness, or using the arts to open the door to deeper understanding, every BTCF program is built around one belief: no one should have to walk through pain, identity struggles, illness, or recovery alone.
