VIP TICKET HOLDERS

5:15 PM

  • Make sure to park and arrive by 5:15.
  • Elevator doors open for VIP ticket holders.
  • Make your way up to the 10th floor

5:30 - 6:00 PM

  • VIP "New Orleans" themed event starts hosted by Chef Gason Nelson. Includes cooking demo, NOLA cuisine tastings, wine pairing and other beverages.

LOBBY RECEPTION WITH THE CATERING OUTFIT

5:30 PM

  • Pre-game with us at the Lobby party hosted by The Catering Outfit! Enter the lobby for a champagne reception and TCO's legendary cuisine.
  • Staff will be on hand to assst you in setting up your Silent Auction account.
  • Get your photo taken at the banner, and view our Silent Auction items on your way to the venue doors.

  • Venue doors open!
  • Chefs begin serving at their food stations. Step on up and try something new from these fabulous chefs!
  • Have your photo taken at the banner! (Official digital photos and video will be shared with attendees).
  • It's mingle time! Don't forget to step onto the covered heated patio to experience that view!

  • Short presentation by the BTCF/ Big C New Me team.
  • Surprise contest will be announced with free prizes, then more mingling.

  • Silent Auction last call.

  • Silent Auction closes. 
  • Event starts to come to a close as last call is heralded.
