What is the dress code?

The dress code is Creative Cocktail, which means elegant, expressive, and a little bit fun. Wear something that makes you feel fabulous and ready for a beautiful night out.

Please no caps, shorts, or denim.

Will there be parking?
Complimentary parking will be available for all guests. For those who need closer access, including guests with mobility needs, a limited number of convenient spaces will be reserved just steps from the entrance. 
What is the address?

The Wool Factory is  located at 1837 Broadway St, Charlottesville, VA 22902.

What time should I arrive?

The bar opens at 5:30 and appetizers will be served. The chef tasting stations will open at 6:00.

All VIP Chef's table guests must be ready to be seated at 6:00.

How much are tickets?
Taste & Mingle tickets are $100 during early bird pricing and $150 after August 1, with a Duo bundle priced at $200 for two. VIP Chef’s Table tickets are $350 and include an elevated seated dining experience with chef-presented courses.
What kind of food will be served?

Our chef menus are still in the works, but the evening will feature a variety of chef-prepared small plates, appetizers, desserts, and coffee. Each chef will create something special for the event, giving guests the chance to taste a range of flavors and styles throughout the night.

Gluten-free and vegetarian options will be available.

Is this venue handicap-accessible?
Yes. The venue is handicap-accessible, with nearby parking available for guests who need it. Please contact us before the event with any specific accessibility questions or requests. 
Will the chefs and BTCF staff be available for an interview or photos?

Yes, guests and media may have opportunities to photograph and interview participating chefs throughout the evening. Formal interviews, media requests, and scheduled photo opportunities will be coordinated through our publicist Golden Word ahead of time so our chefs can stay focused on creating a wonderful guest experience.
